I'm Karin, I live in a small corner in East
Lothian.
I am a mum to 3 kids. The 2 boys have now grown up and left home so
only my
young daughter still with me. We share our home with 3 Ragdoll
cats, Meeshka, Harvey
and Cinders and Sashka our Siberian Husky pup.
I started making and designing my own bears at the end of 2003.
Each bear has been made from my own design from the
drawing stage to completion. My bears range
in size from 3" up to 21" and each one different.
The same pattern is used from time to time
but no two bears are ever the same.
To see your bear come to life and grin back at you once
he's complete gives me a sense of achievement.
My Bears are made with Mohair , Synthetic or Faux Furs
whatever catches my eye when I'm looking for materials,
but they are all made with traditional components,
i.e: glass eyes, cotter pin joints, steel shot, plastic beads.
Therefore they are unsuitable for children under 14yrs.
All
bears have their sewn-in luv2hugglebears fabric label and come with
swing tag with details, on the back is the 'Huggle Poem'.
From
time to time you will find some of 'Huggles' bears on Ebay.
I don't like to see them go but......... They leave with With Love and
Kisses
to keep them safe on their journey to their new home!
